With this excellent 87 point coffee you could hardly tell that it is a decaf. This coffee is from the Organic certified COMSA cooperative (Café Organico Marcala, S.A.), located in a southwestern municipality of Marcala, La Paz, Honduras. The cooperative currently has around 1200 members in areas surrounding Marcala, with farms scattered across an altitude range of 1,300 to 1,700 meters above sea level. Every decaf coffee has to go through an extra process–decafination. But this one was decaffeinated in a facility in Mexico known for producing decafs that taste nearly identical to their caffeinated counterpart. I hope you enjoy it!...and don’t forget… Stay Devoted
