My name is Grayson and I am an absolute coffee NERD. I love this stuff! I used to like coffee, but was just a casual coffee drinker. Then one day I tried specialty coffee. I never knew coffee could taste like that! I was hooked. I had to learn more! So, I dove deep into the rabbit hole. I have spent countless hours researching every aspect of coffee. Varietals, Terroirs, altitude, roasting, brew ratios, grinding, and even water chemistry; all of these things can have a huge impact on the flavor of the coffee. You deserve a coffee nerd (like me!) that understands these variables, and that way can make you the best possible cup of coffee.
